    About the Instructor: Christine Milmine, RDN

    Christine saw the need to create a vegan nutrition workshop that was practical but not boring! 

    As an ethical vegan herself, she noticed a lack of nutrition knowledge- both in the vegan and vegan curious community.

    In fact, she started Plant Powered You because of this very need, and is now using her nearly decade long experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to help clear up the confusion around vegan nutrition. 

    This workshop aims to do this, one vegan at a time!
